Mark Your Calendars—Schedule Update Coming November 17!

It’s that exciting time of year—High School Girls Swim and Dive season is kicking off November 17 2025! Many of our SSA athletes will be switching out their SSA caps and suits for their high school team colors, and we can’t wait to follow along and cheer them on. 

With the start of the LHS Girls Swim and Dive season, the SSA practice schedule shifts beginning November 17.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Updated Practice Schedule:

    • The new practice schedule is posted and appears as the lead image for this news post. It’s also been updated in the team practice calendar on our website.

  • K2 Group Update:

    • The K2 group was a temporary training group created to accommodate the large number of high school swimmers training with SSA in the fall before they transition to their high school swim teams (Girls in Winter, Boys in Spring).
    • With the start of the High School Girls season, K2 will dissolve, and swimmers who are continuing with SSA will be reassigned to either Kraken 1 or Kraken Elite.
    • Families with K2 swimmers—watch for an email later this week with your swimmer’s new group assignment.

  • Meet Day Adjustments:

    • When LHS hosts a Girls Swim and Dive meet, practice times will adjust accordingly.

    • The team practice calendar will reflect those changes, so you can check there anytime for the most current information.

    • Pro tip: Now’s a great time to turn on push notifications and text messages in the SportsEngine app so you don’t miss any last-minute updates.

    •  We’ll also upload a PDF of the LHS Girls Swim and Dive meet schedule here once it’s available (subject to change).
