Important info about how the start of LHS Girls Swim and Dive Effects SSA

With the start of LHS Girls Swim and Dive season- here are a few quick reminders to keep in mind: 

1- Turn on your text and push notifications to recieve up to date/last minute information that might effect practice

2- Check weekly coaches emails/practice schedule calendar for updates

3- Locker room use: BOTH LOCKER ROOMS on the POOL DECK will be CLOSED to SSA swimmers until 6:15pm.  Please arrive on deck dressed and ready for practice.  IF your swimmer needs to use a restroom/or locker room to change they will need to use the restrooms in the hallway or locker room below the pool.  

DECEMBER LHS MEETS that affect SSA PRACTICE SCHEDULE!!!

For the following dates, the LHS Lady Lions will have HOME meets. Most of these events will go until 6:30-45 each time which will have some groups on a condensed schedule.

 

12/2 Tuesday

  • Vampire Red 7:00 - 8:00 PM
  • Colossal 8:00 - 9:00 PM
  • ELITE - AM PRACTICE ONLY

12/5-12/6 Friday & Saturday

  • Big Cat Brawl - HS Prelims & Finals Meet
  • NO PRACTICE: Friday & Saturday (Pioneer Open)
  • **CLINIC - Starts & Turns: 12/6 SAT from 1:00 - 2:00 PM** Will take place as scheduled

12/11 Thursday

  • Vampire Red 7:00 - 8:00 PM
  • Colossal 8:00 - 9:00 PM
  • ELITE - AM PRACTICE ONLY

12/13 Saturday

  • NO Practice: NJST Blizzard Invite

12/17 Wednesday

  • Giant Cuttlefish & Vampire Yellow 7:00 - 8:00 PM
  • K1 & ELITE 8:00 - 9:00 PM
